An American alcohol flagon made of brass used with chafing dishes to add alcohol to the burner. The pump is fully functional. The flagon has its original cap and small stopper connected with a chain to the spout. The flagon is marked on the bottom Empress N.Y.S.Co (New York Silver) and a crown.
