Gilai Collectibles is the premier hub for collectors.
With experience of close to 50 years, we hold a wide range of original, unique items from all over the world.
The founder, Dr. Arieh N. Gilai, is Chairman of the ISCC and a world renowned cane collector. Dr. Gilai holds one of the largest Cane and Walking Stick collections, and has an in-born enthusiasm for a wide range of antiques and collectibles.
Dr. Gilai, the founder and General Manager is married to Ruth, father to Merav and Dan and grandfather to Omri, Stav, Einat Roy and Ofri. He is in charge of all the specialty buys and is our main information fount.
The shop is the combined efforts of us all.
We use digital cameras to take pictures of the various items, and a lot of patience to categorize them. We research each item as thoroughly as possible so that the descriptions are both illustrative and informative, in order that together with the photographs you will receive a complete picture of the item.In charge of all of the above is Merav, who works at the store daily.
The mastermind behind our web site is Dan, who is our webmaster and chief programmer. He makes shopping at gilai.com an easy and interesting experience.
Both the center and the web site are run by our family.
