Map of Holy Land, Tribe of Gad. The tribal area of Gad is on the eastern side of the Jordan river From Iavesh Gilad in the north to Heshbon in the south. The map depicts elevation, trees, camps, and vineyards, along with symbols, which are explained in the legend at the bottom left corner of the map. . There is a drawing of a Standard witha picture of a lion on it, in the top right corner of the map (Gen 49:19, "Gad, a troop shall overcome him").with the text "Tribe of Gad" above it. Map has latitudinal and longitudinal designations around the edges.
