The founder, Dr. Arieh N. Gilai (article, Hebrew only) is Chairman of the ISCC and a world renowned cane collector. Dr. Gilai holds one of the largest Cane and Walking Stick collections, and has an in-born enthusiasm for a wide range of antiques and collectibles.
