This fine hourglass is a 15 minute white sand timer with wood basess and 3 brass columns terminating in ball shaped finials which are used as feet for the timer to balance upon. The glass ampoules are pear shaped to allow the send to skid evenly through the orifice. The timer is in mint condition and stands 18 cm tall (7 inches). The base is 9 cm (3.5 inches) in diameter. |
