A rare 19th century French Set of Nested Brass Cup Shape Metric weights. This is a typical 'fleur-de-lis' brass set with 11 cups and a hinged lid. The figures and mass units are impressed on the rim of each cup and include: Master cup (500 grams), and 10 inner cups: 200, 100, 100, 50, 20, 10, 10, 5, 3, and 2 grams. The total adds up to exactly 1 Kilogram. |
