Camera Lucida is an instrument for drawing objects in true perspective, and for copying, reducing, or enlarging other objects. This Camera Lucida was made and signed by Cary, London England. Original leather case lined in red felt and silk. is also included, as well as instructions. Additionally, eleven brass clasp pinpoints are included. These were probably used to firmly attach the drawing surface on which the artist was using to draw the object. All in all, a great item, fully operational and in good condition. Also includes instructions on how to operate the Camera Lucida. |
