Marine Aneroid Bulkhead Barometer made by 'Sestral' and cased in brass with beveled glass. Sold by Ghent shipbreakers from the wheelhouse of the Paddle Steamship Bournemouth Queen. The steamer was placed on the Bournemouth-Swanage service in 1908 and sailed until 1957. She was reconditioned after the war in 1947. The barometer is fully serviced and recalibrated. |
