Nickel Plated Hat Measuring Tool. This is a unique tool, shaped as scissors encased in a nickel band. When the scissors are closed the circumferance of the band grows. As the band moves it moves a brass indicator on a scale. The measurments on the scale are in inches and correlate to hat sizes. A milliner/hat maker would use this tool inside a hat band to measure its size. |
