This is a cylindrical pocket slide rule with helical scales 66 inch long to add subtract multiply and divide numbers, made in England by Carbic ltd., London in the 1960s. The model K has spiral logarithmic scales on the holder and cylinder sections. This slide rule is a type C, model K, with scales 414 and 423 and serial number Z3545, It is in good condition in its original box and comes with original 16 page instruction manual and a plastic ruler with conversion tables. |
