18th Century Collapsible Guinea Scales By Wilkinson. This is a brass self-raising steelyard type pocket coin balance, with a two positions swing-over weight for the guinea and it’s half. This type opens up when the hinged lid of its box is fully opened. Made in England and signed by 'A. WILKINSON, ORMSKIRK, LANCASHIRE' on a printed label in the box. Size: 152X×40X18 mm.
