Brass 'Postal Scales with Mahogany Base. This balance was built on the Roberval principle which employs upper and lower crossbeams. The postal rates inscribes on the rectangular plate were in use from 1890 to 1899. Complete with a set of 3 flat circular weights 4, 1, and 0.5 oz. |
