Pietro Duro Brass Postal scale with a very special base made of mosaic overlay of marble and malachite. The weights and brass parts of the scale are all decorated with floral engravings. Included are two flat circular brass postal weights with decorated rims marked '1 OZ, 2 P' and '2 OZ, 4 P'. The 1 OZ stamp is interestngily stamped upside down 'ZO'.
