This unique implement is made of a glass reservoir for water mounted with silver, and a blown milk glass roller which fits into the recesses of the reservoir and turns easily to wet the stamps whichare rolled over it. The silver is marked Birmingham 1910 and HT&Coy (Hy Tudor & Co). length is 7cm, width is 4.5 and height is 3 cm (1.2 inches) one very small chip on one side. |
