A unique Late 1940's Parker 51 Aerometric Pen with 12k Gold Filled Cap by Mauricio Faivich. This truly unique pen was fitted with a custom made cap, hand engraved with a snake design by the artist Mauricio Faivich of Argentina. The cap retains its original 'Parker' engraving under the clip. On the opposite side '1/10 12K Gold Filled' is inscribed. Instructions for refilling are inscribed on the metal tube surrounding the sac. The instructions are, to depress the ribbed bar 6 times. (In later pen models it was changed to 4 times) This dates the pen to 1948-49. The pen barrel, hood and filler cap are all made of burgundy color Lucite . The F nib is in excellent condition. |
