Parker 180 M/XF (Wondernib). The Parker 180 was introduced in 1976 and discontinued in 1983. Its technological innovation includes two nib sizes in one fountain pen. This is a slim ladies pen that can be used on both sides of the stiletto-like nib. In the normal position the nib size is 'medium' and then on turning the pen around 180 degrees the nib size changes to x-fine. The nib is flexible 14kt solid gold with a under & under feed. The name '180' stands for 180 degrees. This pen was made in USA, with Stainless Steel barrel and cup. The clip and rings are gold plated. The pen is fitted with slim aerometric filling system that could take either ink cartridges or converter to allow it to be filled with bottled ink. |
