Ivory Handled Magnifying Glass. This is a brass and chrome medium sized English magnifying glass 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) in diameter. The ivory handle is beautifully decorated with incised Prince of Wales Feathers. The handle is connected to the magnifying glass with a silver collar. The collar is marked Sheffield 1876 (the letter J) and the makers mark HH for Henry Herbert who was based in London. |
