19th Century Magnifying Glass with Mother of Pearl Handle. This original, high quality magnifying glass consists of a medium-sized diameter lens (9 cm, 3 ¾ inch) with a solid brass rim and a handle covered with sheets of mother of pearl. The style and shape of the handle was popular during the late 19th century. The length of the handle is 11.5 cm (4.5 inches). |
