Solid Brass Three-Legged Magnifier With Two Magnifying Lenses. Originally, this old brass table magnifier was painted black inside. It was probably made in the 1930’s. The magnifier optics uses two convex lenses for clear X12 magnification with a flat field that is sharp even at the edges. Lens diameter 28 mm (1.1 inch) with viewing field of 30 mm. The focal point of the magnifier is adjustable by rotating the threads. The magnifier diameter is 4.6 cm (1.8 inch) and the height can be adjusted between 3.7 cm (1.5 inch) and 4.8 cm (1.9 inch). |
