The Craniometer is made from German silver with high quality ivory-scaled handle. Its total length is 42 cm (16.5 inch) with Metric and English scales. The moving arm is engraved with the maker’s name: Stanley, Great Turnstile, Holborn, London. This craniometer was also termed cephalometer and was used by Neurosurgeons and physical anthropologists. |
