Prutah of Procurator Porcius Festus (59-62 CE). Roman Procurators to Judea appointed by the Emperor Nero. The coin was minted during year 59, which is year 5 of the reign of Nero. Obverse side: A wreath around a Greek inscription ‘NEP wNO C’ (of Nero). Reverse side: A palm frond and an inscription ‘KAIC APOC’ (of Caesar) and date ‘LE’ (year 5 to the reign of Nero).
