Obverse side: Nero's name in Greek ('Nero Claudius Caesar - Son of Claudius') around crossed shields and spears symbolizing Roman power. Reverse side: Six-branched palm tree bearing two bunches of dates. Above, an inscription 'BRIT' (Brittanicus - second son of Claudius) and a date mark: year 14 of Caesar, which is year 54 CE.
