Map of southern Israel and Egypt. The map is titled: World 1:1,000,000 (Africa) G.S.G.S. 4646 Cairo (N.H.-36). It is a first edition map dated 1949, depicting the southern part of Israel, western Jordan, the Sinai and eastern Egypt. The map was published by the Geographical Section General Staff War Office London. Also on the map is an Arabic glossary and an Index to Names. Size 61 cm X 75 cm (24 X 29.5 inches). |
