Simple half round moulding plane. Inscribed W.Greeslade Bristol on both sides, G.E.Bonfield on handle and W. noyce on the front (these last two were probably owners of the plane at different times). Greenslade planes were made in Bristol from 1828 to 1937. In 1837 the name changed to W.Greenslade & Co. And in 1847 to E.A.&W. Greenslade which lasted until they went out of business in 1937.
