There are two pages that contain a full category index: Home and Main Index. Use these pages to choose the category you are most interested in.
When you enter a category (e.g. " Die Cast" you will see a table containing several items. Each item has a number, price, availability status, a short description and a thumbnail picture. Click on the thumbnail to see a larger picture and to get more details. Click Order to go to the Secure Online order form.
At the bottom of all index pages you'll find a bottom bar menu. This should help you navigate through the site more easily. It looks like this:

How to buy: We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa,

In any case your credit card will be charged only before shipment.

Security:
In order to achieve high standards which correspond with our company's security policy,
all client information is transmitted using the most secure encryption protocol
available in the market (128 bit SSL). In order to protect our clients,
a credit card ID number is requested. The card ID is a 3 digit security code that
is printed on the back of your credit card. The card ID protects you from online fraud
by verifying that you are in possession of the card you are attempting to use.
Gilai Collectibles will not
give any of your details to any third party.

Return Policy: Buying at our shop is risk free. We take great pride in our detailed descriptions and high resolution pictures which showcase our items. We offer a 10 day
money back guarantee on all of our items. In the rare occasion that our item was mistakenly described and therefore did not meet your expectations,
please let us know. Upon further review, we will authorize you to ship the item back to us. We will then refund your
credit card (excluding taxes, shipping and handling charges, and as long as it is returned in its
original condition).

We ship with either Standard Mail, Federal Express or EMS (Express Mail Service).
FedEx/EMS is slightly more
expensive than Standard mail but we highly recommend it. We have shipped
dozens of items to the United States and Europe using FedEx/EMS and they have always
reached their destination quickly and safely, normally within 3-4 business days.
